Associate II - Business Analysis

You should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in gathering requirements to define complex data mappings and transformations, specifically in a managed care environment with a background in Case Management and Utilization Management. Key qualifications include a strong knowledge of healthcare processes, particularly Case Management and Utilization Management, along with a collaborative and positive attitude. You should be able to work independently, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and showcase flexibility, self-discipline, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, problem-solving, and report creation is required, along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects effectively. The successful candidate will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to take projects from analysis to solution, and demonstrate adaptability to change. You should be able to work effectively with internal and external clients, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet implementation timeframes.
