Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients or projects with some supervision. You will work closely with Senior BAs/Senior stakeholders to perform key Business Analysis activities and define business needs with support. Your role will involve planning stakeholder meetings, capturing outcomes of elicitation activities, validating information with stakeholders, and maintaining requirements throughout the change process. Additionally, you will assist in interpreting, evaluating, and interrelating research data to meet the business needs effectively. - Carry out Business Analysis tasks with support from Senior BAs/Senior stakeholders - Define business needs with support from others - Assist in creating software requirements artefacts and deliverables - Plan stakeholder meetings and traceability approaches - Identify and develop performance improvement plans for simple challenges - Prepare for elicitation activities and capture outcomes - Validate information with stakeholders and provide relevant information in a timely manner - Manage stakeholder collaboration and maintain requirements throughout the change - Prioritize requirements/designs and evaluate the impact of proposed changes - Obtain approval of requirements and designs following effective requirements practices - Assist in interpreting, evaluating, and interrelating research data - Participate in defining necessary conditions to meet business needs with clear direction from seniors - Develop and assess alternate approaches to change with assistance - Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Self-starter and quick learner with a focus on results - Ability to speak the language of the customer and think customer-oriented - Business acumen and ability to quickly learn the area of business under focus - Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques for effective communication and collaboration - Knowledge of various BA knowledge areas and common techniques - Ability to plan stakeholder meetings, obtain feedback, and manage stakeholder collaboration - Proficiency in requirements elicitation, communication, and collaboration - Understanding of the requirements life cycle management and strategy analysis - Skills in analysis, design, and solution evaluation following best practices - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies,
