Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration:

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • HR Operations:

    • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or technical services sectors.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
    • Proficiency MS Excel, Word, Presentation.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
