Job Description We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (Executive/Associate) to support our business units by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support HR processes end-to-end. Responsibility: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related concerns, maintaining high visibility and accessibility to leaders and teams. Collaborate closely with leadership to understand business objectives and support key priorities. Facilitate the setting of Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Works closely with all HR COEs to implement and execute all processes within the set timeline and protocol. Manage employee relations, capture the pulse of the floor, handle grievances and disciplinary actions, facilitate PIP, and all other processes for the Vertical, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment. Share and recommend initiatives, measures and improvement areas to COE based on employee feedback, pulse of the floor, interactions with employees and recommendations from leaders. Oversee transition of employees within teams, verticals etc, capture feedback for PMS requirement or process improvement. Connect with Client on a periodic basis for employee development and improving touchpoints. Guide and train managers, act as advisors to managers to help them become better people managers and counsel and support employees where needed. Strong ownership, accountability and commitment towards work is expected. Understanding of HR tools and systems. Dashboards and other BU related reports and required. You should have: MBA or PGDHR with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management from a recognized institution 34 years of relevant experience as an HRBP. Strong understanding of HR policies, intervention and execution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset. High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
