Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at our Jaipur location. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with RCM tasks such as medical coding, claims submission, payment posting, and AR management. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting real-time analytics, ensuring compliance and precision in all processes, and maintaining transparent communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Coding, Claims Submission, and Payment Posting
• Skills in AR Management and Real-Time Analytics
• Compliance and Precision to ensure all processes are carried out accurately
• Excellent Communication Skills for maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
