Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assisting in all prosecution-related matters as directed by senior counsel.

2. Associate (Litigation) – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

Writ Petitions, Replies, Written Submissions

legal research

e-filing

✔ Providing litigation support and assisting in other legal matters as assigned by the firm’s senior counsel.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws

LL.B. degree from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI)

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of at least 1 year

excellent drafting, research, interpretation, and communication skills

independently with minimal supervision
