Role Overview: As an Associate in the Private Equity and Real Estate Services Fund Administration team, you will be responsible for administering private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles. Your tasks will include preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, supporting investor relations activities, conducting bookkeeping and reconciliation, calculating fees, preparing financial statements and investor reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you will assign and manage work, conduct detailed reviews, provide guidance and training, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in the audit process. Key Responsibilities: - Provide directions and review journal entries in Investran - Prepare and review fund level financial statements - Understand fund agreements for reporting purposes - Lead special projects for internal and external clients - Maintain client relationships and support the audit process - Develop team members and evaluate processes and technology for efficiency - Collaborate with internal functional groups Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, ICWA, CA, MBA, or CPA - Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience in private equity or hedge fund accounting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Attention to detail, innovative and analytical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks - Organized, motivated, open to process enhancements, and possess people management skills Additional Company Details: Join a team of passionate professionals in the Alternative Fund Administration industry and contribute to an innovative banking environment.
