Associate Facility

Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Facility to support the operational and infrastructural management of our learning centers. The role requires ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment for both students and staff. The ideal candidate will assist in facility operations, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning in alignment with the organization’s standards of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end facility operations across multiple centers.
• Ensure all classrooms, offices, and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and fully functional.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for effective service delivery.
• Assist with procurement and management of facility assets such as furniture, utilities, and operational supplies.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure

. Monitor building systems (electricity, internet, air-conditioning, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations and assist with audit-related documentation.
• Provide logistical support for academic events, workshops, and student programs.
• Maintain reports related to maintenance, inventory, expenses, and facility utilization.
• Support in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
