Position: Associate Engineer Trainee (AET)
Department: Materials Management
Sections: Raw Materials / Consumables / Spares / Bought-Out Items
Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical

1. Job Objective

To support the Materials Management Department in procurement, coordination, and inventory control of raw materials, consumables, spares, and bought-out items, ensuring smooth operations and timely availability of materials.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, spares, and bought-out items.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups.
• Support in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
• Monitor and update material status in ERP systems accurately.
• Assist in material inspection, verification, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Quality teams for material requirements and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and vendor data.
• Support cost control initiatives and supplier performance tracking.

3. Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Materials Management concepts.
• Hands-on exposure or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / equivalent).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

5. Eligibility

• Freshers with B.E. Mechanical qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
