Associate Engineer (Live Sessions Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Session Management o Execute and monitor live sessions conducted through Zoom (Meetings/Webinars), Microsoft Teams, and YouTube Live. o Ensure seamless handling of screen sharing, presentations, annotations, polls, and faculty video interfaces.

2. Streaming Operations o Operate OBS Studio and other relevant streaming tools for professional-grade broadcasting. o Manage transitions, overlays, and stream configurations to maintain high output quality.

3. Faculty Coordination o Conduct pre-session technical checks, including AV testing, connectivity verification, and content review. o Coordinate with faculty members during sessions to accommodate last-minute changes and ensure smooth execution.

4. Technical Troubleshooting o Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for audio, video, device, application, and network-related issues during live sessions. o Take immediate corrective action in the event of unforeseen technical disruptions to maintain session continuity.

5. Engagement & Moderation o Manage participant interactions including chat moderation, Q&A coordination, attendance tracking, and time management.

6. Audiovisual (AV) Operations o Handle microphone, camera, capture card, and basic studio equipment setup and maintenance. o Ensure AV components are optimally configured for each session.

7. Reporting & Documentation o Prepare detailed session reports, technical logs, issue summaries, and escalation notes following each class. o Maintain documentation of recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.

8. Process & Workflow Alignment o Understand and align with medical education workflows, session requirements, and institutional standards. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (experience not mandatory), OR Diploma (any discipline) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in media operations, live streaming, video production, or online session coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
