Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the position of Associate Director – Talent Acquisition. The Associate Director will lead recruitment strategies, oversee the talent acquisition team, develop and implement recruitment plans, and drive the end-to-end hiring process. This role will ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently while partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategies, including full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop recruitment teams.
• Proficiency in human resources software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes based on data-driven insights.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to talent management.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
