Associate Director - Sales & Marketing

With a global presence across the UK and India, and a client base spanning the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada, the company specializes in Software Development, UX/UI Design, Data Engineering, AI/ML Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, Testing & QA, and Enterprise Solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end sales

  —from identifying potential clients to closing deals and onboarding them.
• Handle 

  mid to large enterprise deals

   (ranging from 

  $500K to multi-million USD

  ).
• Manage 

  proposals, RFPs, contract negotiations, and procurement cycles

  .

• Build long-term partnerships

   by understanding client needs and providing the right tech solutions.

• Collaborate with delivery teams

   to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

• Lead, mentor, and grow

   a high-performing sales & marketing team.
• Represent the company in 

  client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 8–15 years of experience

   in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Background in 

  IT services, AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation sales

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  consultative selling

  —you should be able to understand client pain points and shape the right solution.
• Experience in managing 

  global clients across US, UK, Europe, and India

  .
• Comfortable working with 

  hybrid delivery models

   (onshore/offshore).
• Excellent 

  communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  .
