Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver:

• Program strategy and alignment:

  Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's mission and long-term goals.

• Project oversight:

  Manage a portfolio of multiple, coordinated projects, ensuring they work together synergistically.

• Team and resource management:

  Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage staff, budgets, and resources for the program.

• Risk and issue management:

  Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success.

• Stakeholder communication:

  Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, and team members.

• Performance and evaluation:

  Track program progress, performance, and profitability, and develop evaluation methods to assess strengths and areas for improvement.

• Budget management:

  Develop and manage the program budget, including funding proposals, and ensure funds are allocated for maximum productivity.

• Lead high impact projects

  in terms of the cost and drive the organisation's growth.

• Strategizing and implementing programs
