We are a fully remote team of 450+ people, with go-to-market teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, and product and engineering anchored in India. We’re hiring a product engineering lead to own GenAI Growth end-to-end. You’ll lead a builder team of 10 devs that has shipped many high-impact automations in production. (One of them is SARA, our support automation that operates on >95% accuracy, resolves ~half of tickets in one email).

You’ll work across VWO—Support, Sales, Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product. You’ll sit with teams, learn how they operate, find bottlenecks, and size the impact. Then you’ll turn ideas into quick MVPs, test them with real data, and double down or kill them fast based on the results.

What you’ll do

• Pick the most important problems. Define simple success metrics.
• Mentor and lead a high-performance team of engineers, establishing best practices in architecture, testing, and DevOps.
• Design agentic workflows and features. Build them and take them to production.
• Stay hands-on: lead architectural decisions, and contribute to critical reviews and deployments. Debug blockers, raise the bar.
• Build automations to improve the efficiency of Support, Sales, Success, and the core product.
• Instrument everything: tracing, dashboards, cost and latency budgets. Run A/B tests when needed.
• Set a weekly ship cadence. Document, measure, and improve.

• You’ve shipped

  agents in the last 2 years.
• 5 to 10 years of product and engineering experience
• You are a hands-on builder. You can spot and fix weak designs.
• Comfortable with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n) and workflow basics (queues, retries, state).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.
• Product + data: SQL, funnels, basic experiment design. You use data to change outcomes.
• You’ve led 0→1 teams and shipped quickly.
• You care about quality: golden test sets, online checks, guardrails. You watch cost and latency and keep them under control.
• Clear communication and crisp docs.

• Founded a startup that you took to a meaningful level
• Prior dev experience - Contributed to open-source AI/ML tools or active in AI/engineering communities.
