Associate Director of Finance

Role Overview: As a Finance Controllership leader, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring high standards of financial compliance, overseeing monthly and annual closing activities, and strengthening internal controls. Your role will require attention to detail, strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business, and expertise across controllership functions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end controllership across AP, AR, Treasury, GL, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Expense Accounting, and Provisions. - Manage and review all financial reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, GL) to ensure reporting accuracy. - Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures with high standards of accuracy and compliance (Ind AS / IGAAP). - Proactively identify and escalate reconciliation or compliance risks early and provide solution pathways. - Own financial SOP compliance, maintenance, and periodic updates to strengthen internal controls. - Drive standardization and automation across finance operations to reduce manual errors and improve reliability. - Coach senior managers and cross-functional leaders to maintain compliance awareness and audit readiness. - Build a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and error acknowledgment within the finance team. Qualifications Required: - CA with 10+ years of experience in Finance Controllership, Accounting, and Compliance. - Strong command over Ind AS, IGAAP, internal controls, and audit management. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial streams (AP, AR, Treasury) simultaneously. - Proven experience in leading teams, coaching managers, and governing high-accountability processes. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to perform under tight timelines.,
