10–12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years focused on new logo acquisition

Strong command of consultative, strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Value Selling)

Proven ability to sell complex platforms to C-level stakeholders in long-cycle, multi-threaded deals

Deep knowledge of the Indian enterprise landscape and an established network in key verticals

Experience in Martech, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or adjacent enterprise tech stacks

High-performance mindset — you know your metrics, your win rate, and your quota achievements cold
