Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at WebEngage, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in the BFSI vertical. Your responsibilities will include: - Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Take charge of leading complex, high-value deals from the initial contact to the final closure. - Sell to the C-Suite: Identify and influence buying centers within Marketing, Technology, and Digital Transformation organizations, building conviction at the CXO level. - Shape the Solution: Translate business challenges into compelling narratives using WebEngage's platform, leading with a strategic approach supported by product and pre-sales. - Drive the Pipeline: Develop, qualify, and progress a robust pipeline with precision and speed, taking ownership of the forecast. - Win Complex Deals: Navigate through procurement processes, RFPs, information security, legal, and commercial negotiations with confidence and control. - Expand Our Reach: Enter legacy industries, explore new verticals, and enhance our presence in key Indian accounts. - Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to guide the Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate enterprise momentum. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - 10-12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a focus on acquiring new clients for at least 5 years. - Proficiency in consultative and strategic sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling. - Demonstrated ability to sell sophisticated platforms to C-level executives in long-term, multi-faceted deals. - Deep understanding of the Indian enterprise landscape and a well-established network in key sectors. - Experience in Martech, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or related enterprise technology stacks. - A high-performance mindset with a solid grasp of your metrics, win rate, and quota achievements. - Resilience, drive, and a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments. - Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to act swiftly, think on your feet, and take ownership of outcomes.
