Responsibilities: Should be owning the staffing as a business center and hold responsibility for PL, business objectives, and targets.
Should have a strong US recruitment background with top-notch companies
His primary KPI would be Deliverables (on time)
Strong knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures of USCIS and the US staffing strategy
Responsible for working closely with Sales and Account Managers to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectations of the client/s, progress of the process, and prioritizing the requirements
Must have 15+ years of experience in IT staffing and a minimum of 3 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams
Should have experience in managing a team of recruiters
Proactive in planning and strategizing the timely delivery of talent as per business demand Should be able to independently plan, execute, and build teams that could deliver and partner with businesses with a proven track record
Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the globe and the global clientele
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitasking, and self-motivated
Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating, and perpetuating effectively to create a professional, healthy, accountable workforce
Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership
Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods procedures regularly
Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills
