Associate Director-Consumer Insights & UX Research

We are currently hiring a Consumer Insights Lead who will be responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision-making.
He/she will be an accomplished research and insights professional having strong quantitative research skills who provides a systematic development of deep, actionable customer insights and working with the marketing, growth, design and product teams to convert them into business-building, growth initiatives. The position will report to Head - Brand Marketing. You need to be a HODLer of these 7-10 years of progressive experience in roles focused on market insights, strategy development, or related fields in e-commerce or consumer technology firms. Ideal candidates will have a mix of agency and business experience preferably from the startup domain. Proven expertise in managing a wide spectrum of quantitative research methodologies. Exposure to qualitative research is not necessary but will be a plus Exceptional analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategies and decisions Proficiency in synthesizing data from various sources to construct cohesive narratives that drive strategic outcomes A strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels Excellent project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines; delivering actionable insights within strict timelines A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness Keen interest in equity / crypto and familiarity with investing and trading concepts is essential. If the candidate does not have basic knowledge of finance and no interest in managing their own investments, this role will not be suitable. Crypto is a fast growing new age asset class. Someone who is familiar with it or who is curious to learn about the category personally will be a better fit. You will be mining through these tasks Ensuring the customer perspective is integral to all marketing and product decision-making processes through comprehensive market analysis and research activities, leading to actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Converting business problems into customer-level problems, thereby generating insights to provide customer solutions aimed at growing acquisition, trading frequency, retention and loyalty. Strategizing the ideal methodologies for data collection and overseeing the analytical work plan to ensure comprehensive insights are generated to meet business objectives. Understand the ethos and proposition of crypto brands, monitor brand health via Brand Tracking, evaluate communication efficiency and effectiveness. Develop deep understanding of our target group and consumer behaviour. Ad Hoc Studies (Concept tests, U&A, Communication Development Test, Product Test). Managing relationships with external research agencies to execute complex research projects effectively. Proactively identifying and advocating for business opportunities derived from research findings, and securing internal support for strategic initiatives. Lead and develop an in-house research team which has quick and agile insight delivery capabilities to improve research TAT and reduce reliance on external agencies.
