Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for generating new business in the US geography by designing strategic initiatives and deploying, implementing, and coordinating sales activities within the Employer Segment to drive growth in market share, revenue, and referrals
  • This is a new business development role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Identify and research business opportunities in the North America market
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
  • Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, etc) to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain all client interactions and activities in the CRM system
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-ups
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers
  • Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings
