Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B and corporate sales to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for the resort.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE planners.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Lead a small team to ensure consistent business performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing and brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and align sales strategies accordingly.
  

Key Requirements

• 5-8 years of proven experience in hospitality/hotel/resort sales (preferably corporate or B2B).
• Strong client network in the corporate and travel trade segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Graduate / MBA preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
