The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel or resort sales , corporate partnerships, and B2B business development. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B and corporate sales to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for the resort. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE planners. Identify and explore new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Lead a small team to ensure consistent business performance and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing and brand visibility. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and align sales strategies accordingly. Key Requirements 5-8 years of proven experience in hospitality/hotel/resort sales (preferably corporate or B2B). Strong client network in the corporate and travel trade segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
