Job Description

How will you make an impact in this role

Support end-to-end project delivery across product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
Maintain and track product delivery plans, key milestones, risks, and dependencie
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of scope and delivery expectations
Facilitate epic and feature planning, team ceremonies, and backlog prioritization in partnership with Product and Tech leads
Coordinate inputs for PI planning and help manage cross-team dependencies and delivery sequencing
Track delivery status and maintain transparency on progress, blockers, and risks
Ensure projects follow appropriate governance, compliance, and reporting standards
Prepare and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and delivery health reports for key stakeholders and leadership
Act as a connector across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
Facilitate communication across levels from scrum teams to executive updates

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Adminstration, Information Systems Technology or related field preferred
- Good to have Rally/JIRA/Confluence experience
- Good to have Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
- Good to have - Experience in risk management disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery practices and product Management
Ability to translate product vision into execution plans with clear ownership and milestones
Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
