Technical Delivery Associate Director

✅ Key Responsibilities

🚀 Strategic Delivery Leadership

• Develop and execute delivery strategies with clear KPIs, quality benchmarks, and playbooks.
• Drive DevOps maturity, modernization and re-engineering initiatives across portfolios.

📦 Project & Technical Oversight

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning → mobilization → delivery → go-live → handover.
• Provide technical direction on

  full-stack development (.NET/JAVA), DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud (Azure/AWS)

  .

👥 People & Team Leadership

• Lead large technical teams (architects, DevOps engineers, developers).
• Responsible for

  hiring, ramp-up, ramp-down

  , and capability development.

🤝 Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the senior point of contact for CXO-level customer discussions.
• Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and ensure strong relationship management.

🛡 Risk, Quality & Governance

• Identify and mitigate technical delivery risks.
• Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation, and quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews, technical walkthroughs, and ensure robust QA practices.

🤖 Innovation & AI Adoption

• Provide directional understanding of

  AI Agents

  and how they integrate into modern delivery models.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years in

  technical delivery

  , engineering leadership, or solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Azure/AWS

  , DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, microservices, scripting, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading

  re-engineering, modernization, or cloud migration

  programs.
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
