As an Associate Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing debt flows in the consumer durable sector for our retail banking division.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with consumer durable companies to facilitate debt flows
Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for debt financing
Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis for potential clients
Negotiate terms and conditions for debt financing agreements
Monitor and manage debt portfolios to ensure timely repayments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient debt management processes
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt management, preferably in the consumer durable sector
Strong understanding of financial markets and debt financing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office and financial analysis tools
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
