Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized and timely assistance with their banking needs Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention Train and mentor branch staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services to meet the needs of our customers Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of branch operations and transactions Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to customer service delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on customer service and branch operations Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of banking regulations and policies Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
