About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Mentora’s Curriculum Team in organizing, maintaining, and enhancing our suite of leadership development programs. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Inner Mastery, Outer Impact framework and other Mentora assets are consistently high-quality, up-to-date, and ready for client delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys managing complex information, and takes pride in precision and organization — all in service of creating transformational learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Asset Management:

Maintain and update Mentora’s library of learning materials (slides, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, toolkits, video assets etc.), ensuring files are version-controlled, well-organized, and accessible across teams and platforms.
  • Quality Assurance:

Review materials for content accuracy, formatting consistency, and grammatical precision before program delivery. Conduct final readiness checks to ensure every asset meets Mentora’s quality standards.
  • Coordination and Workflow:

Collaborate with Design, Tech, and Client Success teams to manage timelines, upload materials, and ensure seamless delivery for workshops and digital programs.
  • Process Improvement:

Identify and implement better systems for storing, tracking, and updating curriculum assets.
  • Program Support:

Assist Curriculum Designers in preparing program templates, aligning assets to new modules, and tracking feedback from facilitators and participants.
  • Documentation:

Maintain clear records of program versions, feedback, and updates for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in communications, education, or business preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in curriculum support, instructional design coordination, content management, or program operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with content management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Notion, Airtable, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset — able to troubleshoot, adapt, and deliver on time.
  • Genuine interest in leadership, human potential, and Mentora’s mission of Inner Mastery and Outer Impact.

  • Why Join Mentora

At Mentora Institute, we’re redefining leadership for a new era — one that balances performance with purpose, and outer success with inner growth. You’ll work alongside a global team of designers, facilitators, and researchers to bring transformative ideas to life and make a real impact on leaders and organizations worldwide.
