Associate Content Creator

The candidate must

Educational Interactive Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive educational modules on various aviation topics, including aerodynamics, flight instruments, meteorology, air navigation, aircraft systems, and regulations.
• Design content formats including simulations, quizzes, explainer animations, scenario-based learning, and gamified activities.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), pilots, and instructional designers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Write clear and engaging scripts and narratives for flight training modules, tutorials, and assessments.
• Create visual storyboards and interactive content flows using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, etc.).
• Ensure aviation content aligns with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ICAO, DGCA, FAA, EASA).
• Adapt content for diverse audiences, including student pilots, aviation enthusiasts, maintenance trainees, and ground staff.
• Stay current with developments in aviation education and technology-based learning tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational content creation or eLearning development, preferably in aviation or technical domains.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of aviation concepts and flight operations.
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to break down complex technical information into easy-to-understand, engaging formats.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, animation, or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, UDL, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pilot license (PPL, CPL, or ATPL) or background in aviation training is a strong plus.
• Experience working with aviation schools, flight training academies, or EdTech companies.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, DGCA) and standard operating procedures.
• Experience integrating content into LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Articulate 360, etc.).
