Associate Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Associate Content Creator to join Creddinv’s growing marketing team. This is a full-time role for someone who can create compelling content, design visually appealing creatives, and actively support content production such as podcast shoots, video shoots, and photography – while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, presentations and basic motion graphics using:
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects
• Figma

Content Strategy & Ideation

• Support in brainstorming and executing creative content strategies.
• Translate marketing ideas into compelling visual narratives.

AI Tool Utilization

• Use AI tools for content ideation, copy enhancement, design support and productivity.

Production & On-ground Execution

• Actively participate in podcast shoots, video shoots and photography sessions.
• Assist with pre-production planning, shoot coordination and basic production support.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth content execution.

Research & Trends

• Stay updated with content, startup, fintech and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and quality.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic designing and video editing roles.

Core Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (mandatory).
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and design workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
