Associate Consultant - Product Leader

Role Overview: You will collaborate with the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Roadmap and ensuring continual improvement on Process, Technology & Product. You will also be responsible for understanding business dependencies/process relationships, defining/maintaining the Product Vision and Roadmap, educating the team on Product Goals and Scope of work, and supporting backlog management. Key Responsibilities: - Practice product management principles and approaches including Budgeting, Resourcing, Skill Management, Asset Management, KPI Management, and Technical Management - Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop a cohesive release plan based on dependencies of other Domain Products - Guide Business Analyst to maintain clear & concise product/sprint backlog items for transparency - Ensure Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management Processes are adhered to by the Product Team - Collaborate with competencies to implement technology framework and best practices for technical agility & product quality - Coach team on Agile values, principles, and practices to maximize business value creation - Participate in Program Increment Meetings (RPE) to promote a culture of going beyond product development - Tailor messages and communicate with clarity for different stakeholders - Provide support on upskilling or cross-skilling and empower the team to be autonomous Qualifications Required: - Ability to communicate in French where required - Understanding and practice of agility to facilitate Agile events - Commitment to creating an inclusive working environment - Strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with stakeholders - Experience in maintaining product landscape mapping and technology information - Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes - Proven experience in guiding teams on interfaces, data flows, and technical proposals - Demonstrated ability to educate and mentor teams on Agile practices Please note that the additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted in this summary.,
