Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering and documentation (BRDs, gap docs, user stories, etc.)
  • Support for functional and UAT testing
  • Coordination with offshore/onshore teams
  • Conducting demos and collecting feedback
  • Managing issue logs and production queries
  • Participating in solution design and post-implementation activities
  • Strong communication and documentation skills


Core Competencies

  • Business process modeling and documentation
  • Insurance domain knowledge (Life, Health, P&C, Auto)
  • Understanding of distribution channels and commission models
  • Regulatory awareness (IRDAI, HIPAA)
  • Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Basic SQL (select/join queries)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, Confluence, Visio


Qualifications & Experience


  • Education

    : BE/B.Tech/MBA/M.Tech

  • Experience

    : 4+ years in relevant roles

  • Soft Skills

    : Team management, client relationship, multitasking, independent working
