Job Description: As an Associate Consultant – Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technology roles, with a focus on the BFSI (Banking and Financial Services Industry) sector. Additionally, you will be responsible for client handling and fostering relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technology roles, with a special focus on BFSI. Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Actively pursue new client acquisition, identify opportunities for growth, and expand the firm's client base. Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer negotiations. Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and advice to clients to support their hiring needs. Key Requirements: 1-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in non-technology sectors. Prior experience in BFSI recruitment is highly preferred. Proven ability in client handling, relationship management, and business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously. Excellent sourcing skills across different platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
