You are a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Client Partner who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role involves supporting the Client Partner in managing communication, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and tracking client feedback. Your key responsibilities include: - Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Supporting the Client Partner in managing day-to-day communication and project updates. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - Conducting market research and client mapping to support business development initiatives. - Helping prepare proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials. - Tracking client feedback and assisting in improving service quality. - Maintaining up-to-date client records and follow up on action items. - Participating in client calls, meetings, and follow-ups as required. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of client relationship management, be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
