Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our US IT Staffing team as an Associate Client Partner. The role involves marketing bench consultants, coordinating with clients and vendors, and driving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC) to clients and vendors via job portals and LinkedIn.

- Build and maintain strong vendor/client relationships; negotiate rates and terms.

- Submit resumes for relevant job requirements and track interview coordination.

- Ensure consultant documentation and compliance (H1B, EAD, etc.).

- Stay updated with market trends and expand the vendor/client network.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and rapport-building abilities.

- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.

- Ability to manage multiple submissions and priorities.

- Basic understanding of IT terms and recruitment platforms (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Freshers welcome.

Willingness to work in US night shifts is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
