The role involves marketing bench consultants, coordinating with clients and vendors, and driving successful placements. Key Responsibilities - Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC) to clients and vendors via job portals and LinkedIn. - Build and maintain strong vendor/client relationships; negotiate rates and terms. - Submit resumes for relevant job requirements and track interview coordination. - Ensure consultant documentation and compliance (H1B, EAD, etc.). - Stay updated with market trends and expand the vendor/client network. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and rapport-building abilities. - Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated. - Ability to manage multiple submissions and priorities. - Basic understanding of IT terms and recruitment platforms (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn). Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Freshers welcome. Willingness to work in US night shifts is mandatory.
