Associate - Client Acquisition Group

Yubi is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Client Acquisition Group and play a key role in scaling up CredAvenue by expanding the corporate borrower base. As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting business development, and acquiring corporate borrowers in non-real estate and non-infra sectors. This role involves identifying target corporate borrowers, presenting CredAvenue's value proposition, and successfully onboarding them onto the platform. You will evaluate potential borrowers to determine the fit with CredAvenue's products, engage with them to convert them into customers, and build relationships at the CXO/CFO level. To excel in this role, you should be a self-starter with a passion for driving business growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a customer-centric approach. You should have a proven track record of meeting sales goals, selling at the C-level, and managing multiple relationships simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM degree from a premier institution or be a Chartered Accountant. Experience in managing technical proposals, working under pressure, and delivering targets is highly desirable.
