Associate Brand Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As an Associate Brand Marketing Manager at Rezo, you will focus on driving marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This includes creating high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written materials), managing social media presence, tracking performance analytics, and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management - Plan, schedule, and manage engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms. Track performance and optimize strategy based on analytics.

• New Marketing Initiatives - Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement through social media, hackathons, case studies, and promotional activities.

• Content Creation - Produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, to effectively communicate Rezo.ai’s value proposition.

• Awards & Events - Identify and apply for industry awards. Coordinate with event organizers and assist in Rezo.ai’s participation (speaker slots, sponsorships, etc.).

• Public Relations (PR) - Collaborate with PR agencies and media professionals. Draft press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles to enhance brand visibility.

• Coordination & Execution - Work with internal teams to gather content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

• Creative Problem-Solving - Identify marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions to strengthen brand effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or social media management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
