Job Overview: As an Associate Brand Marketing Manager at Rezo, you will focus on driving marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This includes creating high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written materials), managing social media presence, tracking performance analytics, and staying updated on industry trends.


Responsibilities
:


  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms. Track performance and optimize strategy based on analytics.

  • New Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement through social media, hackathons, case studies, and promotional activities.

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, to effectively communicate Rezo.ai’s value proposition.

  • Awards & Events: Identify and apply for industry awards. Coordinate with event organizers and assist in Rezo.ai’s participation (speaker slots, sponsorships, etc.).

  • Public Relations (PR): Collaborate with PR agencies and media professionals. Draft press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordination & Execution: Work with internal teams to gather content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Identify marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions to strengthen brand effectiveness.


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or social media management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
