Job Description

Position:

We are hiring a skilled and dynamic Advocate with 5 7 years of litigation experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure in handling Civil, Criminal, DRT, and Consumer cases, along with the ability to draft, appear, and argue before various courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients before Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, DRT, Consumer Forums, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
Handle end-to-end litigation matters including case preparation, drafting, filing, and arguments.
Draft pleadings, petitions, complaints, affidavits, rejoinders, written statements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and case strategies.
Liaise with clients, provide updates on case progress, and advise on legal options.
Ensure timely filing, compliance, and case management.
Work closely with senior advocates, colleagues, and clients for effective case resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
Enrolled with the Bar Council and licensed to practice law.
3 - 7 years of proven litigation experience in
Civil, Criminal, DRT, and Consumer matters
.
Strong drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills.
Good communication, client-handling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
