Advocate

We are searching for an experienced Advocate who meets the following criteria:

Requirements:

• Representation and argumentation in court/consumer commission based on senior's instructions.
• Proficiency in researching case laws and drafting legal documents.
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Familiarity with various aspects of the law.
• Ability to file civil and criminal suits across different jurisdictions and to appear and litigate in courts.
• Coordination, briefing, and support for counsels engaged by the firm in various courts and forums.

Candidates profile:

Candidates should possess approximately 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating proficiency in handling diverse litigation categories, with a specific focus on consumer-related matters.

The candidate must exhibit a solid grasp of the subject matter and the capability to independently manage cases with minimal guidance.
