Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements (Sale Deeds, MOUs, Development Agreements, Leave & License, etc.) Handling conveyance, title search, due diligence, and property documentation Appearing before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities for legal matters Managing legal compliance related to RERA, MOFA, MHADA, BMC, and other statutory bodies Assisting in litigation matters and coordinating with external advocates Providing legal advice on day-to-day real estate and construction-related issues Eligibility Criteria: LLB degree from a recognized university Minimum 2+ years of court practice, preferably in real estate/construction matters Good knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
