Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role located in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing advice to clients. The advocate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, strategize legal approaches, and ensure effective case management while adhering to the firm's commitment to ethical and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting Legal Documents
• Experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and Mediation practices
• Strong Advocacy, Client Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and court procedures
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and relevant regional languages
• LL.B. or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is necessary
• Prior experience in a law firm or independent legal practice is an advantage
