Role Description

• Case Management

  : Oversee all stages from filing complaints to trial, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Legal Research

  : Investigate case law and statutes to build strong arguments.

• Client Interaction

  : Advise clients on rights, risks, and case progression, managing expectations.

• Document Drafting

  : Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs.

• Evidence Gathering

  : Conduct investigations, interview witnesses, and manage discovery.

• Courtroom Advocacy

  : Represent clients in hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration).

• Negotiation

  : Settle disputes outside of court when beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Drafting Legal Contracts, Agreements, and Filing Case Documents
• Attention to detail and strong Analytical Skills for presenting legal arguments
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and other legal professionals
• Familiarity with the Indian legal system, specifically regarding Litigation and IPR matters
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
• Advocate license with the Bar Council of India
• Prior experience in a legal role or internship is an advantage
