Role Overview: As a Legal Professional with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling various types of Litigation including Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, RERA, SARFAESI Act, NCLT, Arbitration matters, Civil & Criminal matters, and more. You will be expected to have strong conceptual legal knowledge, research, and drafting skills. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer applications such as Windows, MS Office, Networking, Internet, and Email.
