Ensure timely renewal, amendments. Track contract deadlines and manage documentation. B. Litigation Case Management- Assist in managing litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsels, preparing case documentation, tracking case progress, maintenance of MIS on real time basis. Handling consumer matters, criminal, civil and other court cases and arbitration proceedings Drafting of notices, replies etc., petitions, written statements, other court documents. Disciplinary process for errant franchisees/follow up process/terminations. Addressing/advising on Customer complaints C. General Legal Advisory/legal compliance Addressing business queries Implementation of any new legislation, circular & handholding teams for seamless adoption of laws 3.
