Role Overview: Representation in courts (primarily District Court, Kanpur Nagar) Client handling Drafting, pleading, filling of cases and legal research Handling of Civil, Criminal, Family, property and Consumer matters etc litigation legal work Close coordination with senior advocates and support team Eligibility Criteria: LL.B / LL.M with active enrollment in a State Bar Council Must have valid c.o.p. issued by Bar Council. Your duties will include client handling, drafting, pleading, filling of cases, and legal research. You will be involved in handling Civil, Criminal, Family, property, and Consumer matters, among other litigation legal work. Close coordination with senior advocates and the support team will also be essential. To be eligible for this position, you should have an LL.B / LL.M with active enrollment in a State Bar Council and a valid c.o.p. issued by the Bar Council.
