You will be joining Chambers of Advocate Mithilesh Kumar Pandey as a Counsel / Associate for their Noida office. The office is seeking individuals with 3-5 years of PQE who are dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in areas such as Commercial and Civil litigation, banking laws including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Criminal matters, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling drafting work such as SLPs, Appeals, Petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, etc. - Representing clients before various courts and tribunals including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, and arbitrations. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of PQE - Prior experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, banking laws, and other relevant areas - Strong drafting skills - Ability to represent clients in different legal forums The remuneration for this position will be based on your experience and merit, following industry standards.
