JOB OPPORTUNITY: ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Position: Full-time

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advocate to assist our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong background of legal knowledge and a passion for litigation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse legal matters and grow under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to petitions, plaints, written statements, applications, and legal notices.

• Conducting in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and other relevant legal precedents.

• Managing the complete filing process for cases in various courts and tribunals, including e-filing procedures.

• Assisting seniors during hearings, including preparing case briefs, organizing files, and taking detailed notes.

• Felicitating Communication with clients, court clerks, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintaining and organizing case files, documents, and important deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Integrated 5 year (LL.B.) or Bachelor of Laws 3 year (LL.B.) from BCI recognized university/college.

• Enrolment: Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Drafting: Proficiency in legal drafting and research.

• Procedural Knowledge: Understanding of litigation procedures, including filing protocols and litigation formalities related to Tax Laws and other related laws.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with legal research databases.

• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
