Additionally, you will assist in developing Contracting/Procurement Strategy, provide advice on contractual claims, particularly on variations claims, certify bills of contractors/vendors monthly, monitor cash flows throughout project lifecycle, and prepare Job Cost Reports and MIS reporting.
