Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer located in Delhi, India. The Lawyer will be responsible for managing and executing litigation cases, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include handling IPR matters, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in litigation and IPR law
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• Law degree from a recognized institution
• Experience with a tech-driven legal approach is a plus
